Hello
Outline of my personnel beliefs and leadership methods. I believe that a leader has to
have Integrity and Vision. Integrity to do what he or she says and live those values
personally and professionally. A leader must have a Vision to inspire improvement and
then persuade others to follow. Every day I bring the following to the organization: a
positive attitude to encourage that attitude in the organization. A focus on goal
achievement for continuous improvement. Connected spirit to install organizational goals
that are important to all members. Responsiveness to achieve company goals.
Appreciation and respect for the efforts of the organization’s team members.
Communication to and from the team concerning the state of the company and issues that
arise. Creativity, to encourage innovation at all levels in the organization.
