This letter is in reference to Ms. Carly Bisschops, whom I had the pleasure of having as a student in my Medical
Office Administrator's class at Everest College in Sudbury, Ontario.
Academically, Carly ranked at the top of her class and demonstrated an extraordinary ability to quickly grasp
new material. She has exceptional computer, typing, medical transcription and time management skills. She
also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and is an excellent team player.
Carly has proven to be someone who can take on a project independently and confidently succeed. I am very
impressed with how hard she worked in class and she has proved to be proficient in several very challenging
areas of study which include human anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, medical transcription,
professional ethics and many more.
Determination and kindness are hallmarks of Carly’s character and her work ethic is admirable. She is
extremely bright and consistently managed high levels of responsibility while maintaining grades at the honours
level. She tackled challenges with a positive attitude and showed great dedication and enthusiasm. The quality
of her work was always exceptional and she showed amazing creativity in her ability to present educational
materials. I believe Carly will go on to be a great motivator and one who empowers patients/clients in her future
endeavours.
I recommend Carly for employment because I truly believe that she will make a valuable contribution and
