EXPERIENCE
August 2008 – Present Senior Hardware Engineer II for Raytheon RTSC / IIS
Project manager over the UH-60 LSMP upgrade and the ETOS/AARTS facilities at Ft Rucker:
Designed and built the MATS simulator for multiplatform use. The patent has been filed for and
the platform is currently being marketed as an Air Traffic Control simulator that can run the exact
same simulations currently running in the Tower System Simulation locations for the FAA but
does so in a portable format.
Managed multiple (18) locations for upgrades on UH 60 Black Hawk Flight Simulators. All
projects were FFP and all were brought in under cost by at least 5%. Total value for contracts
worked in 2010 was over 9 million. All upgrades were completed in the allotted time frames with
no missed deadlines or loss of service to the Army. Time schedules were critical as these trainers
are utilized extensively.
Managed and supported the ETOS Phase one upgrade with multiple vendors and very tight time
frames for deliverables. All met with no loss of service to the Army.
Managed multiple projects on FLIR cameras, Digital Multi Purpose Range components, and
telecom connectivity for the ranges at multiple locations for the US Army.
Developed migration plans and executed on time for all projects. No unplanned down time no
extensions.
Negotiated with vendors and support teams to develop overall project plans and implementation
schedules for projects that were managed by other Raytheon engineers.
Developed strong relationships with all PEO STRI and the US Army contacts.
Currently have design Patents in for review for an innovative simulator design that is portable and
has multiple simulation functions with voice recognition technology and multiple platform support.

Developing a CAT7 based Siemon Tera LAN environment for the US Army for their secured LAN
in the Ft. Irwin Live Fire Training facility in California. This will deliver 10+ Gig speed data for
voice, data, video and future technologies.
Negotiated the vendor relationships to an overall price reduction of 68% from the original quoted
prices to allow this technology to fit into the budgets allowed.
Provided on-site support for Live Fire Training at the Ft Irwin NTC. This was a 2 week/per month
assignment for 2 years.
