Worked with Ericsson India Global Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer-SRF from December 2011
to July 2013 in the Payroll of Manpower Services and from July 2013 to till date in Ericsson's
Payroll under Sprint Project.

2. Key Deliverables:
 Perform end-to-end project management for sponsored international SPRINT
network optimization initiatives for US Customers.
 Migration of Circuit from one CFA (Carrier Facility Assignment) to another.
 To Roll a Circuit from one switch to another changing CFA and facilities.
 To perform Demarc at an end location of a site from one place to another.
 To implement optimum least-cost connectivity between the network and an
increasing number of alternate access providers’ networks.
 Reviewing & analyzing new plans received from Demand Analyst Team.
 Responsible for initiating a kick-off call with Telco and Sprint switch team for
scheduling migration and completing the project under aggressive time
lines(SLA)
 Sending ASR orders to different Telco-AT&T, Verizon, Qwest, Ameritech, Frontier,
AAV’s.
 To check and load FOC (Form order commitment) information and raise SSTAT
ticket for NOC and Switch OPS.
 Back loading and Clean up network projects for Sprint’s Database maintenance.
Working switched, wireless, wireline and demarc move orders
 Working on different types of tools like FACTS (Facility Access Tracking System),
TBS (Telecom Business Solution) & FMS (Facilities Management System).
 Review Platforms of NRDP (CDMA, iDEN, Wireline).
 Joining conference bridges for the night of fiber cuts.
 Responsible for the coordination of implementation activities with the Telco and
field techs including Testing and Provisioning to implement international network
optimization initiatives.
 Meeting monthly project projections.
