Managed $5,000,000 build-out, completing internal physical move of 150 traders on time and within

o Rebuilt network, data room, and A/C. Worked with mechanical engineer to design redundant
A/C. Designed and implemented redundant internet network.
o Upgraded and replaced old phone systemwith VOip system.
o Designed and built data room from bare walls out.
Successfully upgraded and replaced 2 UPS’s. Calculated current and future UPS loads, determining
that electrical cost savings over five year period would pay for upgrades in four years. Completed
upgrade and replacement of two UPS’s over one weekend with no downtime for users.
Migrated email systems from legacy through ascending generations of Exchange to cloud
infrastructure. Most recently moved 150 users from Local Exchange 2008 to Exchange 2012 in the
cloud. Created policies to mirror local Exchange server with no down time, making transition as
seamless as possible for end users.
Researched, budgeted,purchased, installed and moved production trading servers to new VM
environment. Reduced cost footprint, while fully exploiting new hardware technology capabilities.

Successfully merged trading network and back office applications with partner company (Schonfeld
Securities) in 2010, and then separated the operations in 2014 when partnership was dissolved.
Built-out new remote offices, expanding existing space and closing others in New York, New Jersey,

Implemented custom backup schemes to ensure disasterrecovery capability in every location.
Supported growth in number of traders from 350 to 800.
