1.0 Introduction
1.1 We were instructed by Mr Martin Turley on behalf of Bruntwood LTD to
prepare a Schedule of condition for the redevelopment of the property.
1.2 The property: Orleans House, Edmund street, Liverpool, L3 9NG
1.3 The inspection of the premises was carried out by Mr Mark Thomas Percival
on both the Tuesday 3rd November 2015 and Tuesday 10th November 2015.
2.0 Glossary of Terms
