The door won’t open. They tried to etch the cement to make room but it did not work. </li></ul>Back door needs replacement.

The assessors shows approx. 2000 sq.ft.. This size house is overbuilt and rare for the neighborhood and does not increase the overall value of the house. There are no square footage comparables available.

Though most of central Tucson is in a military air zone, this particular neighborhood is known for its high and loud air from low flying airplanes, since it is directly northwest and very close to Davis- Monthan Air Force Base.
