program grant of $3 Million (yearly) and the training and management of 32
field staff.
• Administered and enhanced a MS Access database for gathering, analysis,
and reporting for mandated federal reports.

corporate lay-offs, including computer training, construction, engineering,
professional development. Provided training assessments,
educational/vocational training and case management services for 1200
participants.
• Implemented Rapid Response Program and am the senior liaison for
NMDOL with business leaders, corporate heads, and government agencies
involved with Trade Readjustment.
