 Performed the Valuation of Morgan Hotel’s Light Group business unit for the Hakkasan acquisition
 Improved the consolidated financial reporting procedures to fulfill SEC reporting guidelines and adhere to the
financial reporting standards of Morgan’s Hotel Group
 Implemented Policies and Procedures for the Finance Department during the acquisition process of Light Group
by Morgan’s Hotel Group for Sarbanes Oxley compliance
 Managed full pro forma generation of the $22 million F&B budget of the Delano Hotel in Miami as the first Light
Group F&B operated Morgan’s venue after the acquisition and generated numerous pro forma for F&B
operations at various Morgan’s hotels worldwide
 Established new labor metrics and forecasting tools to revise the existing labor standards of F&B operations at
Delano Hotel in Miami and also developed the corporate wide Labor Plan for Light Group for approximately
2,000 employees

for 14 managed MGM restaurants, night clubs, pools, and lounges; 5 leased venues at Mandalay Bay; and all
Delano Miami’s F&B operation

improvement for operational management; created ADP payroll downloads to compare pay period performance
to labor plans in order to control and streamline hourly labor costs
