 Performed the Valuation of Morgan Hotel’s Light Group business unit for the Hakkasan acquisition
 Improved the consolidated financial reporting procedures to fulfill SEC reporting guidelines and adhere to the
financial reporting standards of Morgan’s Hotel Group
 Implemented Policies and Procedures for the Finance Department during the acquisition process of Light Group
by Morgan’s Hotel Group for Sarbanes Oxley compliance
 Managed full pro forma generation of the $22 million F&B budget of the Delano Hotel in Miami as the first Light
Group F&B operated Morgan’s venue after the acquisition and generated numerous pro forma for F&B
