 Facilitates high volume and high priority datarecons, crossovers, credits, rebills, and
refunds for Home Health, Med Supplies, Hearing Aids and EDM divisions.
 Independently works all necessary logs and sets productivity goals for bandwidth.
 Consults in error risk assessment.
 Identifies long term trends to develop preventative measures to conserve company

 Collaborates across company departments as liaison to gain updates for financial
corrections and billing finalization.
 Coordinates training and manages assignments for temp employees who are hired
periodically to assist in high volume projects.
 Designated by upper management to sporadically meet with internal and external
auditors who are reviewing financial processes and company system logistics.
 Selected by upper management to work off sight, with company laptop, when time

 Completed Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification course.
