From this I can tell that my group and I will be doing a short trailer, it’ll probably be around 90 seconds. This is
because the audience tend to find watching a long trailer rather boring and stop it before it finishes.

As the results are balanced, my group and I will choose whether our trailer will be fast or slow. Or we
might mix it up with starting off with a slow pace then having a fast pace to build up the tension.

From this we can see that people prefer to see the antagonist the most in a trailer but as our trailer consist of
an old spirit possessing a ‘slut’ we will make the slut appear quite a lot.

From this I can tell most of our trailer will be using voice overs but we might have some dialogue so
people can understand the narrative very well.

It is clear that people like captions in a trailer. We will definitely use captions especially with a boom effect to
create a jump scare to the audience.

It makes sense for us to use low key lighting as our piece is a horror, the low key lighting will
create an eerie effect and make the audience even more scared.

For our trailer we won’t add in how everything is restored but we will just show them seeking help from the
priest. We won’t sure what he does to get rid of the possessive spirit as we won’t want to ruin it for the
audience.

For our trailer we are definitely using quick cuts, this is a convention that is included in most horror trailers.
