for changes to contracts and documents. Executes all MOD’s using Metro’s
software (Project Quest, CCSWeb, Crystal Reports). Maintain all Executed
Modification Files and process all original documents to Metro-Record
Management Center. Monitor change status and keep project management
informed as to problem resolution status.

correspondence using RMS Program and submittals using CCS Program.

administrative support services to the Resident Engineer that included tracking the
status of the Contractor’s submittals, requests for information and requests for
change. Review submittals for compliance with contract specifications; handle
distribution and coordination with other agencies during review/approval process
and track submittal status to approved schedule. Support inspection department
by providing field documents.
