Provide assistance for both Contracts for the following: Perform complex
configuration management analyst work; input and generate control data;
understand, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulation, policies, procedures,
contracts, budgets, and labor/management agreements. Analyze situations,
identify problems, and recommend solutions, Process Contract Change Orders
including performing cost price analysis, preparation for negotiations and final

calls, Maintain and update filing logs per Caltrans Coding System, transcribe
weekly progress meeting minutes.

Contracts. Review various documents that relate with all Request for Change
(RFC’s), Modifications (MOD’s), Change Notices, Change Orders, and
preparation of all agreed to Claim Settlements. Coordinate and obtain approval
for changes to contracts and documents. Executes all MOD’s using Metro’s
software (Project Quest, CCSWeb, Crystal Reports). Maintain all Executed
Modification Files and process all original documents to Metro-Record
Management Center. Monitor change status and keep project management
informed as to problem resolution status.

11/02– 7/05 Administrative Analyst (C0675 San Fernando Valley Rapid Bus Transit $150
Million Project)- Coordinate and monitors contract change and document
control activities. Analyze situations, identify problems, and recommend

including submittal files and current shop drawings. Process all submittals and
RFI’s to and from the Contractor and coordinate with the reviewers. Process
contract change orders including preparation for negotiations and settlement for
all agreed to Claim settlements. Process Contractor’s Payment Request. Log
correspondence using RMS Program and submittals using CCS Program.
Extensive use of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as MTA CCS System.
Various closeout duties, including $24 milltion impact on C0351 Contract.
7/91 – 12/93 Administrative Assistant (B231 - $54 Million Project) - Provided
administrative support services to the Resident Engineer that included tracking the
status of the Contractor’s submittals, requests for information and requests for
change. Review submittals for compliance with contract specifications; handle
distribution and coordination with other agencies during review/approval process
and track submittal status to approved schedule. Support inspection department
by providing field documents.
