Marc has been a sales, client service, marke ng and opera ons
execu ve for 15 years. Before joining the Fusion Homes team in
2013, Marc worked at TPH Canada where he oversaw na onal
marke ng campaigns and business development. Prior to that, he
worked for Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment as the General
Manager of BMO Field and Ricoh Coliseum; he was also the Senior
Director of Event Services at the Air Canada Center for five years.
Marc has also worked for other notable Canadian brands, such as
TELUS and Roots.
Marc prides himself on being a servant leader, always digging deeper to learn more skills
to put his teams and his customer first. He believes the art of inquiry vs advocacy is the
founda on of any great rela onship with a customer or a valued employee. He has a
passion for having a razor like focus on behaviors with his teams so they can deliver
strategic plan commitments he has made and help grow any business he has been
involved in. Plan the work, then work the plan, by focusing on skill development and
enhancement, through servant leadership.
