Location: Melbourne, FL 
Type: Permanent 
Salary: DOE 
Description 
Senior HR Generalist Summary- Solid HR skill set, the person must have experience with Benefits, 
Recruiting, Performance, Organization issues and reviews. The person must be driven and a great 
communicator. They are looking for someone that goes out and finds potential issues and solves 
them prior to them becoming issues (THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTIONAL JOB). Bachelors or equivalent work 
experience required. 
Senior Human Resources Generalist 
• As a strategic partner, the Sr. HR Generalist aligns business objectives with employees and 
management in designated business units. 
• The Sr. HR Generalist serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. 
Successful Sr. HR Generalist will act as employee champion and change agent. Sr. HR Generalist 
assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. 
• Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the Sr. HR 
Generalist seeks to develop integrated solutions. 
• The Sr. HR Generalist formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to 
management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. 
Role and Responsibilities: 
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate. 
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. 
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective 
investigations. 
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, 
reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as 
needed/required. 
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase 
productivity and retention. 
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation Develop employment terms for new hire 
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs 
• Manage on-site HR function to include the supervision of a Human Resources Associate. 
• Manage day-to-day human resources administrative tasks insuring compliance and accuracy. 
• Oversee business unit employee relations activities such as annual events, wellness initiatives and 
special requests. 
• Work closely with Business Unit supervisor and managers to insure quality recruitment services. 
• Manage and direct various special assigned projects from corporate headquarters with limited 
supervision. 
Desired Skills and Experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. 
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation 
practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union avoidance techniques, diversity, 
performance management, federal and state respective employment laws. 
• Previous HR leadership experience 
• Excellent consulting skills. 
• Excellent client management and business literacy skills. 
• Strong conflict management skills. 
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results. 
• Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, 
complex business issues.

Job Position: Senior Human Resources Generalist Location: Melbourne, FL Type: Permanent Salary: DOE Description Senior HR Generalist Summary- Solid HR skill set, the person must have experience with Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Organization issues and reviews. The person must be driven and a great communicator. They are looking for someone that goes out and finds potential issues and solves them prior to them becoming issues (THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTIONAL JOB). Bachelors or equivalent work experience required. Senior Human Resources Generalist • As a strategic partner, the Sr. HR Generalist aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. • The Sr. HR Generalist serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. Successful Sr. HR Generalist will act as employee champion and change agent. Sr. HR Generalist assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. • Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the Sr. HR Generalist seeks to develop integrated solutions. • The Sr. HR Generalist formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Role and Responsibilities: • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate. • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required. • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation Develop employment terms for new hire • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs • Manage on-site HR function to include the supervision of a Human Resources Associate. • Manage day-to-day human resources administrative tasks insuring compliance and accuracy. • Oversee business unit employee relations activities such as annual events, wellness initiatives and special requests. • Work closely with Business Unit supervisor and managers to insure quality recruitment services. • Manage and direct various special assigned projects from corporate headquarters with limited supervision.
