sectors. I have 18 years operational and strategic management experience, most recently as local system leader.
My leadership style is built on personal integrity, empowering and challenging the system, the organisation, clinical

 Improved standards of care on a ward supported by Special Measures programme
 Significant reduction in the number of patients with a length of stay >10days
o Significant reduction in hospital acquired/ community caseload acquired pressure ulcers
