THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING PACKAGE OUTLINES THE DESIGN GUIDELINES TO BE
UTILISED FOR THE PROPOSED FIT-OUT TO UNIT MSU02, LEVELS 02 AND 03 AT THE
VICTORIA SQUARE SHOPPING CENTRE, BELFAST. IT IS INTENDED THAT THE STANDARDS
SET BY THIS PACKAGE WILL BE INTERPRETED AND ADAPTED TO SUIT THE INTERIOR OF
THE UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAYOUTS AND SHOPFRONT PLANS PROVIDED.
IT SHALL BE THE MAIN FIT-OUT CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO THOROUGHLY
SURVEY THE SITE AND REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE APPOINTED PROJECT
MANAGER AND THE CLIENT PRIOR TO THE MANUFACTURE OF FIT-OUT
COMPONENTS.
SHOPFITTING CONTRACTOR IS TO ENSURE THAT ALL MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS
USED THROUGHOUT THE PROPOSED WORKS COMPLY WITH THE CURRENT
