Responsible for managing a Detailing staff, Coordinates the shipping of goods, align Detailing staff with sales
team, and assists customers and staff during business hours.
1- Manage Eastern Area, including staff, Accounts and Sales.
2- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
3- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
4- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
