2. Brucella is a bacteria that cause bacterial infection
Brucellosis.
This bacteria can infect both humans and animals.
• Brucellosis is also known as “undulant fever,”
“mediterranean fever or malta fever “.

3. Gram negative
Rod shape bacteria , coccobacilli.
non motile ,catalase – positive ,oxidise-positive.
non spore forming
This bacteria can grow with or without oxygen.

4. When people eat contaminated food
Raw meat and unpasteurized milk .
Itcan be spread through the air
Contact with open wounds
Inhaling contaminated air.
Through direct contact with infected animals.
