placed for the specific Job. In exceptional cases, based on urgency of the
organization efforts are also made to complete the assignment successfully in a
shorter time frame.

Transmission(Power) ,Hospitality & Auto ancillaries etc .

Our terms of Practice
Our Service Fee are as follows:-
For Entry level Placement – 10 % of the Annual CTC of the incumbent who joins
position (CTC upto 9.00 lac per annum)
For AGM to Sr. General Manager level placement – 12.5% of the Annul CTC of the
selected Incumbent who joins position (CTC 9.00 to 20.00 lacs per annum)
For TopHonchos, Executive Search assignment our fee shall be between 16.66% to
20% depending on the size & volume of the assignment .
WHAT IS CTC
5. HRDAn Initiative
CTC mean total cost to the employer company will be comprising of Basic Pay +
CCA + DA + Special Pay + HRA + Medical + Conveyance + Annual Bonus +
Performance pay + Ex Gratia + PF +LTA + Gratuity + Superannuation +
Commission + Hard & Soft Furnishing + Maintenance + Telephone + Deposit +
Loan + Responsibility Allowance + any other reimbursement / Payment made.
One copy of the offer letter to the selected incumbent should be sent to us
immediately on issue, for raising the INVOICE. The invoice shall be raised
immediately on the candidates joining.
Terms of Payment
Invoice is required to be settled within 15 days from the date of the selected
incumbent joining. Government Taxes are payable
If the incumbent leaves the employment within 90 days of joining ,we shall
replace without extra cost. This does not apply to Top Honchos leaving the
position.
