Mr. Kailas Shelar
Director – Adroit Executive Search & Management Services.
Mr. Shelar graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and also holds
a Master degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.). Mr. Shelar heads the ADROIT
Executive Search & Management Services. He has approx. 20 Years
of extensive experience in the Administration area. During his career, Mr. Shelar
worked with many reputed corporates viz. Garware Polyester Ltd., Videocon
International Ltd., Goodyear India (Tyres) Ltd., IPCA Laboratories Ltd., & in the last
Varroc Group Of Companies.
After having studied the prevalent market needs & opportunities, he decided to quit
from the service and established ADROIT in 2016 to provide quality services in
placements / manpower segment & domestic/international travel solutions segment
for corporates/companies.
In placement segment, his main focus is on to provide quality services to clients for
getting good, appropriate & dynamic candidates.
In travel solutions segment, his aims to use his expertise of handling
centrally controlled travel operations handling of a company of annual turnover of
INR 7500 Cr. for more than 12 years, where he had proven the systematic travel
operations handling & achieved huge cost saving in travel expenses of
group. ADROIT travel segment will provide the right travel solutions to companies in
view of implementation of good travel systems/practices to minimize the time cycle /
minimize the man hours & also a substantial cost saving to the company.
