2. Reporting to the Head of Talent, this position has been created due to a high volume of
recruitment within the organisation and the need to work on increasing candidate attraction
for specific roles. The successful candidate will review and develop the recruitment and
selection strategy, the internal processes as well as be responsible for the day-to-day
recruiting.
They will work alongside the Talent Business Partner and the Talent Coordinator to ensure
all recruitment is proactively resourced and also develop innovative methods of attraction
that appeal to high performing Talent. This role will partner with the business managers to
ensure the right candidate selection is discovered and support the recruiting managers in all
aspects of the acquisition journey.
The Talent team itself is a fairly new team with high standards of delivering work that adds
strategic value to the business, whilst positioning itself as proactive, creative and supportive
business partners. The successful candidate will add a further dimension to this team
through bringing energy, expertise and passion in this specialist area and continue to add
impact and value to all the partners they will work with.
Other partners will include the Global Talent team and there will be a requirement at times
to work alongside other Acquisition Managers in offices around the globe, specifically on
any Global Talent projects.
Previous experience of developing and implementing recruitment
and selection strategy
A strong network and database of high performing candidates and
companies
Experience in an Agency environment
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Self- starter and creative approach to attracting Talent
Advance experience with Microsoft Office packages
Advance experience working with social media platforms
Experience working within a small, close-knit team
Evidence of a significant contribution to the management of a
major recruitment and selection initiative
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
