Preparing and recording all invoices for the community. This includes interacting with
department managers regarding their receipts and invoices, preparing batch headers in a
timely manner, and following up, as necessary, with the A/P department and vendors.
Ensuring effective and timely billing to residents accounts and updates.
Responding to Billing questions and queries from A/R, residents and responsible parties, and
Collections.
Organizing and maintaining good vendor relationship and ensuring timely invoice posting
and payments.

 Human Resources:
Assisting with Human Resources functions and assist with Benefits administration
Assisting new associates with the completion of required documentation, including new hire
and benefits paperwork.
Making sure all required forms are completed and submitted to Human Resources on a timely
basis.
Facilitates new hire orientation and provides company information to new associates.
Tracking associate evaluations to assure timely completion by department heads.
Tracking associate trainings and organizing training classes to ensure associates training and
certifications are up to date.

 Payroll:
Reviewing and Printing payroll information weekly from the time reporting system.
Completing all corrections and adjustments and communicates with the Payroll department
regarding appropriate changes.
Monitoring time attendance and the use of the clock, so as to ensure correct and timely
payments to Associates.

 Management:
