Responding to Billing questions and queries from A/R, residents and responsible parties, and
Collections.
Organizing and maintaining good vendor relationship and ensuring timely invoice posting

Human Resources:
Assisting with Human Resources functions and assist with Benefits administration
Assisting new associates with the completion of required documentation, including new hire
and benefits paperwork.
Making sure all required forms are completed and submitted to Human Resources on a timely

Tracking associate evaluations to assure timely completion by department heads.
Tracking associate trainings and organizing training classes to ensure associates training and

Payroll:
Reviewing and Printing payroll information weekly from the time reporting system.
Completing all corrections and adjustments and communicates with the Payroll department
regarding appropriate changes.
Monitoring time attendance and the use of the clock, so as to ensure correct and timely
payments to Associates.

families, and guests.
