PROJECT
The Launchpad Project is an initiative powered
by AIESEC in the United States in the cities
across the US. We believe in the power of
startups to change the United States and in turn
the world.
We partner with startups to build a network of
organizations across the United States to help
grow entrepreneurship across the country. We
do this by providing startups with branding
opportunities and primarily by providing them
with top international talent to meet any growing
company’s needs.

marketing designs and

CX – Be the voice of your
company by providing great
support to customers and

using front-end technology such
as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and

Optimize marketing and lead
nurturing campaigns across
email and digital channels.
Assist with and carry out field
marketing strategies to promote
your company.

gather feedback for your

Our timeline is setup to make selection a breeze, aligned to global
education timelines, and to allow for preparation of the participants
before they start at your company!

PROCESS
Our selection timeline is made to make selection quick and easy on you
and your company.

OPPORTUNITY
Once you provide us with
the job description, we
upload them to our
platform and begin to
promote it across our
network.
SHORTLISTING
We screen applications
as we start to receive
them to make sure we’re
only sending you the
best people. Our
screening process
includes reviewing their
CV and a video from the
applicant related to the
project. These questions
can be customized by
you to fit your needs.
Once we have the top
candidates we send you
over their application
packages.
COMPANY
SCREENING
We provide you with a
shortlist of the top
candidates for you to
review and select from.
We are more than happy
to help with reviewing
candidates and finding
the right people.
FINAL SELECTION
Once you feel ready, you
make the final hiring
decision and AIESEC
starts on preparing for
the participants arrival
and supporting them
through the visa process.
What’s next?
AIESEC takes care of the rest. You let us know what should
happen between selection and the participants first day and
we facilitate that process to make they’re ready to go on
day 1!
PRICING
Our pricing is built to scale with you, making it more cost effective to build the team
you want to build. You can also choose to further invest in the participant’s experience
by providing them a food and/or transportation stipend!
We work on a pay on performance model. We only
invoice you after you select participants.
PROJECT FEE1
FOR 3 PARTICIPANTS:
$1,000in total project fees
FOR 4-5 PARTICIPANTS:
$1,300in total project fees
FOR 6-8 PARTICIPANTS:
$1,600in total project fees
More than 8 participants:
$200per participant
HOUSING2
Our project fee does not include
housing, but AIESEC can help support
with housing in various ways:
Participant Accommodation Provide by
the host company i.e. employee hosting
or securing participant housing.
AIESEC can source for housing to be
paid for by the company.
AIESEC provided housing to be paid for
company, participant, or split.

  • 5. PROFILES To help minimize the need for training and speed up the onboarding time we offer profiles and job description for you to choose from and customize. MARKETING BACKGROUND S: Undergraduates or recent graduates with backgrounds in Business, Marketing, Design, and Web Development. LANGUAGE S: English, Spanish, Portuguese SALES DESIGN BUSINESS POSSIBLEJOBDESCRIPTIONS Help create and manage content calendar as well as create high quality content to help attract new users and customers. DEVELOPERS Conduct lead generation, outreach, and follow-up to set up calls, meetings, and demos with prospective clients. Help drive forward sales process to reach sales quotas. Create promotional material and visual content to help attract new users and promote your company. Create email marketing designs and templates for your marketing efforts. CX – Be the voice of your company by providing great support to customers and relaying feedback to your team. Build out and deploy websites using front-end technology such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and more. Optimize marketing and lead nurturing campaigns across email and digital channels. Assist with and carry out field marketing strategies to promote your company. Educate prospects on your product and services as well as gather feedback for your company.. Analyze sales and marketing data to create sales reports. Create mockups of new features as part of the product development process. HR – Help to recruit and grow your team for the next big growth push your company is looking to make. Represent your company at events and build employer brand. Work with designers and senior developers to turn designs into new features and improvements. Reach out to influencers and help form alliances and PR opportunities to grow your company. Create sales materials and proposals to help support your sales team. Create new business opportunities for you company. Create videos and graphics to communicate your brand’s identity to potential customers. Support with analysis and general business administration to help meet business needs. Develop and deploy e- commerce website including building out code and web architecture.

  • 7. TIMELINE Our timeline is setup to make selection a breeze, aligned to global education timelines, and to allow for preparation of the participants before they start at your company! APRILMAR MAY JUNE JULY SELECTION PROCESS: 7-12 Day Selection Process Launchpad Timeline: • April – Online preparation before arrival • Early May – Participants Arrive • Incoming Preparation Seminar • First Day of Work • Mid-experience report • Last Day of Work

SELECTION PROCESS Our selection timeline is made to make selection quick and easy on you and your company. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 PROMOTING OPPORTUNITY Once you provide us with the job description, we upload them to our platform and begin to promote it across our network. SHORTLISTING We screen applications as we start to receive them to make sure we’re only sending you the best people. Our screening process includes reviewing their CV and a video from the applicant related to the project. These questions can be customized by you to fit your needs. Once we have the top candidates we send you over their application packages. COMPANY SCREENING We provide you with a shortlist of the top candidates for you to review and select from. We are more than happy to help with reviewing candidates and finding the right people. FINAL SELECTION Once you feel ready, you make the final hiring decision and AIESEC starts on preparing for the participants arrival and supporting them through the visa process. What’s next? AIESEC takes care of the rest. You let us know what should happen between selection and the participants first day and we facilitate that process to make they’re ready to go on day 1!
  • 9. PRICING Our pricing is built to scale with you, making it more cost effective to build the team you want to build. You can also choose to further invest in the participant’s experience by providing them a food and/or transportation stipend! We work on a pay on performance model. We only invoice you after you select participants. PROJECT FEE1 FOR 3 PARTICIPANTS: $1,000in total project fees FOR 4-5 PARTICIPANTS: $1,300in total project fees FOR 6-8 PARTICIPANTS: $1,600in total project fees More than 8 participants: $200per participant HOUSING2 Our project fee does not include housing, but AIESEC can help support with housing in various ways: Participant Accommodation Provide by the host company i.e. employee hosting or securing participant housing. AIESEC can source for housing to be paid for by the company. AIESEC provided housing to be paid for company, participant, or split.
