education timelines, and to allow for preparation of the participants
before they start at your company!

PROCESS
Our selection timeline is made to make selection quick and easy on you
and your company.

PROMOTING
OPPORTUNITY
Once you provide us with
the job description, we
upload them to our
platform and begin to
promote it across our
network.
SHORTLISTING
We screen applications
as we start to receive
them to make sure we’re
only sending you the
best people. Our
screening process
includes reviewing their
CV and a video from the
applicant related to the
project. These questions
can be customized by
you to fit your needs.
Once we have the top
candidates we send you
over their application
packages.
COMPANY
SCREENING
We provide you with a
shortlist of the top
candidates for you to
review and select from.
We are more than happy
to help with reviewing
candidates and finding
the right people.
FINAL SELECTION
Once you feel ready, you
make the final hiring
decision and AIESEC
starts on preparing for
the participants arrival
and supporting them
through the visa process.
What’s next?
AIESEC takes care of the rest. You let us know what should
happen between selection and the participants first day and
we facilitate that process to make they’re ready to go on
day 1!
9. PRICING
Our pricing is built to scale with you, making it more cost effective to build the team
you want to build. You can also choose to further invest in the participant’s experience
by providing them a food and/or transportation stipend!
We work on a pay on performance model. We only
invoice you after you select participants.

FOR 4-5 PARTICIPANTS:
$1,300in total project fees
FOR 6-8 PARTICIPANTS:
$1,600in total project fees
More than 8 participants:
$200per participant
HOUSING2
Our project fee does not include
housing, but AIESEC can help support
with housing in various ways:
Participant Accommodation Provide by
the host company i.e. employee hosting
or securing participant housing.
AIESEC can source for housing to be
paid for by the company.
AIESEC provided housing to be paid for
company, participant, or split.
