• Execute and manage business strategy, and identify business opportunity development to add value to
products to enhance customers’ satisfaction.
• Analyze Krungsri portfolio financials and product performance including industry portfolio to enhance
deposit portfolio and customers base to achieve business target.
• Tracking fee base performance, analyze and find out method to achieve target.
• Development of a monthly reporting package for Asset Liability Committee (Krungsri portfolio, industry
portfolio, Deposit market rate and trend etc.).
• Prepare risk assessment and solution to prevent / minimize operational risk and get approval from Risk
Management Committee.
• Supply business information and analysis to support management decisions for new product initiative &
development.
• Supply deposit information to support market research to insure competitive offerings, assesses client
needs, develops business plans and cases for new products.
• End-to-end product development including monitoring and fixing problem after the implementation.
• Coordinate with relevant department to develop effective and efficient marketing and communication
material.
• Ensure that Bank operation process, marketing material to comply with Bank policy and BOT.
• Conduct and manage marketing program and communication material for branch staff and RM to
motivate boosting deposit volume i.e. R&R
• Create communication materials for effective communication channel to motivate branch staff, call
center to be skilled in product features.
• Execute and manage marketing program to cross-sell product and service to Bank and subsidiaries’
customer and increase the product holding.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in setting interest rate and deposit fee related within timeline.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to publish announcement related to interest rates and deposit fee.
• Ensure that bank operational process, marketing material comply with bank policy and BOT Regulation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to establish and review policy and procedure manuals.
• Advice and coaching branch and branch business support unit to handle all inquiries related to product
features and benefits, sales and marketing campaigns, sales support including problem resolution.
• Co-ordinate with Legal & Compliance Department to formulate new products and marketing strategies
to ensure that execution abides with banking standard, internal compliance and regulations.
• Develop tools to facilitate and enhance efficiency of product distribution.
• Continuously improve and enhance procedure to optimize resources and minimize customer complaints.
• Serve as single contact point for Deposit Products Department for all UAT testing projects.
• Coordinate with Sales Force Effectiveness Department and Branch Support Unit to conduct training on
new product features and service.
• Coordinate with related functions to develop media for Deposit to support branch channels.
Sep 2006 – Aug 2010 Campaign Management, Marketing Department
• Administration, manage and direct team initiative for collateral materials of “In-house Production”
thoroughly in supporting the increase volume of transaction and higher fee revenue for the Products and
Services including multi Marketing Campaigns under Consumer Banking Group.
• Direct, check and ensure that Krungsri Logo restriction / position is appropriate compiling with Corporate
Identity of Brand Management Department.
• Propose related task to support media marketing which including theme, text and design according the
rules and regulations of Krungsri Bank.
• Set initiative media planning with specific direction for strategic implementation with product managers
and all concerns from different type of products to disseminate the agreed advertising media for internal
bank staff and public.

• Control and monitor budget for advertising media to support promotion in line with approved budget.
