12. Late Work
Late work will be accepted based on the following terms:
- If you have an excused absence, you have one day to complete or make up the missing assignment,
test, or quiz. YOU as the student are responsible for asking for your missing work. If you know you
will be absent, you can ask for the work in advance.
- Daily assignments and homework will be accepted only up to two days late and will receive a
reduced grade of no higher than a 70.
- Projects turned in late will lose 10 points for each school day that they are not turned in past the due
date.
-If you cheat, you will receive a zero. Academic dishonesty is excluded from the re-do policy.

The district policy for retakes is followed in my class. Refer to
the student handbook or the EPISD website for full details.
