Planning Service
The Learner Information System (LIS) is an online facility that
provides for the registration of learners enrolled in all schools run or
licensed by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines.
It is the national registry of all learners in Basic Education.
THE TAGGING PROCESS
The Tagging process can be done in two ways:
Upon Enrollment
• One process for all
Upon Updating of EOSY Profile
• LWDs
• ALIVE and 4Ps
• IP

TAGGING UPON ENROLLMENT
Select Yes or No for Special Education Needs.

Planning Service
Go to LIS and log in using the School User account .
1. Once logged in, click the Learner Information System
link.
1. In the Dashboard, click the List of Classes tab.
1. Look for the learner’s Class and Section Name.
Then, click the View Enrollment button.
Search for the learner’s name in the masterlist,
then click the Profile button.

6. On the Profile panel,
click Update other data
button.

7. Under Special Educational
Needs (found at the lower left
side of the page), update Īhe
required fields.

If the class is non-graded, fill in
the required field for the level.

8. Click the Save button
to save the tagging.

NOTES:
1. Oncethe learner has been tagged as SPED, an icon will
be displayed along their name on the masterlist.
2. A warning icon will be displayed to identify the learner’s
SPED classification. This is only available for classes set as non-
graded.

5. Search for the learner’s name in the masterlist,
then click the pencil icon under Status
column.

LEARNER INFORMATION SYSTEM Planning Service The Learner Information System (LIS) is an online facility that provides for the registration of learners enrolled in all schools run or licensed by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines. It is the national registry of all learners in Basic Education.
  • 5. THE TAGGING PROCESS The Tagging process can be done in two ways: Upon Enrollment • One process for all Upon Updating of EOSY Profile • LWDs • ALIVE and 4Ps • IP Planning Service
  • 6. TAGGING UPON ENROLLMENT Select Yes or No for Special Education Needs. Planning Service
  • 7. TAGGING UPON UPDATING OF EOSY PROFILE (ALL) Planning Service Go to LIS and log in using the School User account . 1. Once logged in, click the Learner Information System link. 1. In the Dashboard, click the List of Classes tab. 1. Look for the learner’s Class and Section Name. Then, click the View Enrollment button.

  • 13. NOTES: 1. Oncethe learner has been tagged as SPED, an icon will be displayed along their name on the masterlist. 2.
