PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Title/Position: UPS WFF International Supervisor
Location: WFF
Duration: February 2012 – Present
Responsibilities:
Supervise four different areas within the Worldport Freight Facility
Interact with multiple government agencies (CBP, F&W, and Agricultural Agents),
brokerage representatives, and other UPS origin/destinations/gateways
Tasked with streamlining and automating as many administrative functions as possible
Tasked with developing and implementing the Int’l WWEF process through the WFF
Ensure the International department remains cost effective
Maintain meticulous four month files as well as one year files
Plan and implement a compliant document destruction process
Supervise and train two part time supervisors and their teams along with a BP and seven
administrative employees
Accomplishments:
• Successfully automated several functions, reducing work from hours down to a few minutes.
• Created a database to successfully interact with AAMS to automate the ACI process.
• Worked with several other departments to streamline their manual data input processes. Work that
was taking four people several hours a night is now done by one person in a few minutes.
• Developed a database that keeps track of the statuses of all WWEF moving through the WFF.
• Built strong relationships with CBP agents as well as operational partners throughout the WFF.
• Created a database used throughout the Air District by different FT sups to assist in eliminating
over 72% of all payroll adjustments (WFF went from 29 adjustments in 2012 to 9 in 2013).
• Created processes that ensure good communication between departments working the same freight

weekly basis
Title/Position: UPS WFF Container Freight Station Supervisor

Responsibilities: Open and ensure success of new UPS entity (CFS), run as a small business
Create and write work instructions for new operation that operates 17 hours a day
Train and develop employees covering three different shifts within the WFF
Maintained cell phone to be on-call during each shift
Create and Present tailored presentations that are well organized, demonstrating expertise
of a concept, given to District Managers and below

• Created a database to successfully track and trend customers, employees, and volume

• Average over $8,700 a month with a goal of $6,000 for 4 years
• Successfully started a new UPS entity that operates as an origin and destination for international
and domestic freight shipments
• Created a working business model that fluctuates and adapts to the drastic increases and decreases
in freight volume
• Built strong relationships with the 1DA and 2DA WFF operations as well as CMC and CBP
• Built strong relationships with many of new customers, brokers, freight forwarders, and trucking

Responsibilities: Supervise three International Data Flow Writers
Supervise plan flows written for exporting and importing the US
Supervise updates to OPSYS and their effects to multiple systems
Accomplishments:
• Successfully created database for input of special flows, shippers, or National SLIC changes
• Created a database that compares nationally published commit times between three different
programs to ensure TinT on UPS.COM was accurate for all international shipments being tracked
• Have had 100% accuracy on holiday flows and 95% accuracy on FFCRs for 2 years
• Created new Data Management FFCR Evaluation process
