Regional Logistics Manager
Responsible for the management of 8 logistics locations throughout the United
States.
 A key member of the implementation team for the new Inventory management
system.
 Functional support and trainer for all the operations and warehouse teams
across the country.
 Eliminated overtime costs of $70K a year throughout the distribution centers.
 Implemented new SOP’S for the warehouse operations.
May 2014 – March 2015 WDFG Ontario, CA
Director of Retail Operations
Responsible for the operation of 9 stores at the Ontario International Airport.
Responsibilities included the management of 32 employees, developed and managed
budgets and sales.
 Established and maintained relationships with the airport authority and the DBE
partners.
 Created a succession plan for the Operations Manager. Implemented a
coaching and development plan to assist her in assuming additional
responsibilities.
 Analyzed the P&L and developed an action plan to meet monthly financial
goals.

Retail Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager
Responsible for all aspects of customer service, overseeing associates and manager
duties, maintaining company standards and objectives. Responsible for all aspects of
the warehouse including store replenishment, shipping and receiving and
communication with vendors and the supply chain.
 Delivered a savings of $45K annually by assuming the warehouse manager
responsibilities.
 Performed Director of Operations functions providing continuous support to
the Director of Operations enabling her to assist on numerous projects for an
extended period of time.
