The Marketing Package
Your Property Profile is established Immediately after executing the listing agreement. The
Profile is shared not only with more than 5,000 NAI Global affiliates in more than 350 offices
in 55 countries but also with nearly 1,200 local contacts with interest in the commercial real
estate community.
The Property Profile will be sent by email to the local and regional commercial brokerage
community and to economic development officials. We are members of the Pennsylvania
Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial-Office Realtors), Commercial-Industrial Realty Council
of Delaware (CIRC), Tri-State Realty Council, and Certified Commercial-Investment Members
of the National Association of Realtors.
Your Marketing Package Includes:

Postcards, mailers or other announcements may be distributed to the
brokerage community at industry events and may be mailed to targeted
prospects that are ideally suited for your property and state and local

Your property will be featured as we attend key industry events. From
the NAI Global Convention to ICSC’s national and regional expos, your
property will receive maximum exposure.
Client Communication
We will maintain an Activity Log for the property in order to keep you fully
informed on a periodic basis of all discussions concerning the property,
including inquiries, feedback after site visits, advertising programs, and
any other matters relating to our marketing efforts.
Follow-up Campaign
We will screen and qualify all inquiries. Once a tenant has been
identified for the property, personal follow-up will continue until the lease
commences.
Negotiating Business Terms
Based on your continuing input, we will negotiate in your best interest.
Our goal is to achieve the highest and best price for your property, to
secure the best possible tenant for your income-producing property or
