1. De Rito Partners, Inc. was established in 1992 by Marty De Rito, a highly experienced and well-
respected Arizona commercial real estate professional. Marty’s fine leadership and outstanding
work ethic has enabled him to build the largest retail real estate firm in Arizona.

3. Marty De Rito was born in Bronx, New York. Marty
received a Bachelor of Science, Finance, from Arizona State
University in 1985 and became a Harvard University
alumnus in February 2013. He has more than 25 years of
commercial real estate experience, specializing in the
acquisition, lease, sale, and development of retail
properties including automotive dealership parks. Marty
became a Harvard University Alumni in February 2013.
Marty started working with CBS Property Service in 1986,
and then joined Grubb & Ellis from 1987-1991. He formed
De Rito Partners, Inc. in 1992. Today, Marty is CEO of De
Rito Partners whose platform includes four entities; De Rito
Partners, Inc., which has grown to become one of the
largest brokerage firms in Arizona specializing in retail. De
Rito Partners, Inc., offers full-service retail brokerage
operations, property leasing, sales and tenant
representation
Marty was named Arizona Commercial Real Estate
Magazines’ Top People to Know in 2010. Marty has three
beautiful children, Tarina, Martin and Jake.

Iver joined De Rito Partners in 2007. He brings 20 years of
global expertise in all aspects of retail site development
including acquisition, construction and asset management.
Prior to joining De Rito, he managed his own commercial
real estate investments and acted as a consultant for a
variety of clients for over five years. From 1998 to 2001,
Iver served as senior vice president of development for
Sydran Services, LLC of San Ramon, California, where he
was responsible for developing new sites and managing a
portfolio of 300 existing restaurant locations.
From 1987 to 1998 he worked for McDonald’s Corporation
most recently as the International Development Director.
Iver held a variety of positions with McDonalds that
included responsibilities for both domestic markets and
more than 30 international markets. Iver earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in business administration from Central
Washington University.

4. Chuck Carlise was born and raised in Arizona. His
professional career includes 21 years of commercial real
estate experience, specializing in the sale, lease and
development of retail properties. In 1986 he joined Grubb
& Ellis Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company and he
and partner Marty De Rito specialized in retail and
hospitality property sales and leasing. In 1992, Chuck
joined Grossman Company Properties as senior vice
president and director of leasing in charge of the
purchase/sale/lease of company-owned retail and office
properties, including the 575,000 square-foot Biltmore
Fashion Park. Chuck joined De Rito Partners Development,
Inc. in 2003. Today, he is responsible for overseeing all
functions of the development company including all
subsidiaries and partnerships. Chuck is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), the Urban
Land Institute and Valley Partnership.

Stan Sanchez joined De Rito Partners, Inc in 2006. Stan
brings an extensive real estate development background
and has been involved with many retail projects sized well
over one million square feet of retail space, per project.
Stan has a deep understanding of the real estate industry
and strong business acumen that enables him to better
understand today’s dynamic market. He is responsible for
the day to day activities of the brokerage firm and its 25
active agents, as well as over 200 retail listings and 60
tenant representation accounts. Stan shares the same
ideals of hard work, honesty and a passion for business that
the entire De Rito team strives for. This has made them one
of the premier brokerage companies in the state of
Arizona. This mind set has enabled De Rito Partners, Inc to
achieve a high level of camaraderie among Arizona retail
brokerage firms.
Stan is a native Arizonian with a strong connection to
community and state. He is an active member of the
Hispanic community and is an expert in Metro Phoenix’s
Hispanic retail market. He is a current member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National
Association of Hispanic Citizens.
