Camila and Lore visited Valencia and studied a fair trade shop concept. The shop sells organic, regional products and employees get paid based on the food sold rather than a fixed salary. The concept could be successful in Belgium by starting a similar fair trade shop, offering work to students or those without income, and partnering with the government to direct people to the shop where they can work for food coupons rather than money. While prices may be higher than supermarkets due to organic products, the concept aligns with sustainability goals and could help people in need.

 The special aspect of this concept is that the employees

 We think that the concept would work in Belgium
 With the partnership it would be easier to find
employees
 It will help people in need (fits in SDG 1&2)
 It is more sustainable No plastic, regional

 Higher prices than in regular stores, but everything is
