• Good introduction to using shared online documents and
editing them as a class group.
• Helps you get to know your class and allows to pupils to get
to know each other better too.
• The children add three things to the sentence individually.
• As things are added they become visible to the whole class.

3. Preparation for trips – All Subjects
• Children can use a document to suggest questions that
can be answered whilst out on the trip.
• They can also collaborate the information they already
have about where they are going

4. ICT Buddies – All subjects
Sharing work produced with a specific buddy to
encourage and feedback good and improvement
comments.
This can be for any type
of document and on any
subject.

5. Spread sheets - Science
• Data collection
• Small groups or the whole
class can share one
document.
• Clear results improve
accuracy.
• Patterns in the results can
be recognised during the
lesson.
• Spread sheets allow data
to be changed into
various graphs.
