 Provide systems support for Department of Commerce Census Hiring & Check Branch. Perform written
inquiries and record searches covering employment, residence, and education history on prospective US
Census Bureau applicants.
 Analyze case files to make adjudication determinations based on OPM personnel governing regulations,

 Responsible for managing cleared facilities on accurate company specific clearance data through Industrial
Security Facility Database (ISFD) and Electric Facility Clearance System (e-FCL).
 Coordinate with counterintelligence specialists, adjudicators, headquarters personnel, and field personnel to
ensure the FCL process is complete and that an accurate determination of eligibility is made for all facilities
that are processed for FCLs. Monitor manages and manipulates routine administrative computer operations.
 Review OPM reports for accuracy and completeness to identify discrepancies and mitigating information

 Provide systems support for FCB with monitoring changed conditions of cleared facilities that impact upon
the validity of the facility security clearance (FCLs).
 Review and evaluate request (DD254 and Sponsorship Letters) from user agencies, prime contractors, and
foreign governments to process contractor facilities for FCLs for authorization to access classified
information.
 Submit daily (JPAS) Joint Personnel Adjudicative System reports to all Industrial Security Specialist for
investigation notification research, CAF responses for research and eligibility request notifications.
 Initiate, review and make Suitability adjudication determinations on personnel security clearance (PCL)
investigations via Joint Central Adjudication & Verification System (JCAVS), for Key Management
Personnel (KMP) at new facilities. Review security clearance applications for accuracy and completeness
IAW Defense Industrial Security Office (DISCO) investigation standards.
