 Data analytics expert on compliance monitor team (assigned by New York State financial
regulatory body) for large mortgage service provider. System devised to load 2-3m new,
changed and deleted comment narratives (currently 63m+ records) received monthly and, in
minutes, retrieve those matching specific criteria. Audit of the conversion process for acquired
loans.
 Creating graphic visualizations (Spotfire) of a rolling 3 years of T&E (iExpense) data
highlighting non-compliance with policy points or policy areas needing reinforcement, needed
enhancements to software and internal controls, and questionable expenses.
 Dashboard solution for 30 hospital healthcare organization to graphically represent and
disseminate aggregated RAC audit and appeals information (AudaPro), patient care data
(Epic/Clarity) and various industry data points (Pepper, CMS.gov) with drill down capability.
 Directed the development and implementation of standardized ACL scripts used by a global
team of ~200 to promote efficiency and consistent quality across thousands of US audits. Hired,
trained and managed the 15-20 person NY Metro team and its ~700 client audit portfolio.
 Recalculated the net asset value of 450k+ shareholder accounts in a family of mutual funds
covering a period of 7 years; established exceptional audit trail documentation to withstand
scrutiny of multiple interested parties, including the SEC and an assortment of legal counsel.
 Designed and developed
o a repeatable process to load, analyze and report on 3.2 billion call detail records to support a
litigation process; called as technical expert in taking depositions from opposing party.

o a comprehensive suite of repeatable analytics for an electronics supplier to audit and monitor
risk and controls in their order-to-cash process. A number of assumptions regarding the
actual processes were challenged using basic data profiling.
o two data profiling programs (ACL, SQL) eliminating many hours of ad hoc data integrity
testing performed on every data file for every project.
o a series of repeatable analytics to test the end-to-end flow of data and efficacy of controls
throughout a web-enabled payment authorization and disbursement system. Key discoveries
were the lack of security for and integrity in the data among interfaced systems.
o a multi-language credit information system currently deployed in more than a dozen countries.
