INTRODUCTION
Hello, lets do an introduction.
My name is Leslie Khoo Seng Hong,
born 9th July 1990 and I am a
passionate Graphic Designer.
I enjoy graphic design, illustration,
photography, music, fashion and
epic design in general.
I graduated from The One Academy

Lets talk about who am I. In here
I hope you’ll find what you are
looking for or at least get
inspired on the way?
I am a young graphic designer that studied at
The One Academy, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Like many Malaysian people, I am very
passionate about my food and the same
passion drives my work. I design mostly prints,
corporate identity design, packaging, and
other traditional design or more creative. No
project is too great to overcome and I am
always willing to try my best to achieve what
is expected. There is always a solution to your
your problem and of course when there is a
will, there is a way.
I have always valued an open mind in design,
it is important for a good praphic designer to
adapt his or her style to the request. There are
as many styles as there are tastes in the world,
and there are as many tastes as there are
individuals. With this factor in mind it is
essential to be creative, curious and have a
broad graphic culture. Trends and fashions are
ever changing and it is important to stay on
top and even ahead of what is happening in
the design world.
In my childhood I have had the opportunity to
learnt art and music, therefore there how I
expand my knowledge of knowing art. All in all
different period, the art tranformation is so
amazing from how realism turn to surrealism
by later pop art by David Warhol.
During my design studies, I inherited the
nickname “ah hong” which mean wind. This
was due to the fact that I was able to adapt my
style for each project I really strive to come up
with the epic creative content without of course
neglecting the quality of my work. I was also
able to work for a typical bookeeping and
handling any front desk services. I was given
the responsibility to serve the clients and allow
them to understand the services were provide
from the company and explain how they could
save money with our services of virtual office in
pass 10 years.
Today I have a passion for online trends, I
would like to think of myself as a trendy geek.
What’s in, what’s out, what is yet to come, I love
being the first to have seen the new youtube
trend, the last internet meme, the next Tumblr
fashion, the upcoming underground musician
or the rising hit series. It is my guilty pleasure.
Also, discovering new illustrators or graphic
designers allow me to try new techniques and
broaden my range of styles.

Creative Resume &
Promotional Kit
The processes used to market oneself with a view to opening a
dialogue with industry and securing employment.
The idea behind of it was inspired by the conservative brand, like “Gong Woh Tong”,
T.S.L. jewels and Chye Seng Huat Hardware. I adapt the idea of it and created my own
identity, the reason I chosen this as I want to give a try on a vintage style and to be
more diversification on this identity.

design approach.
Through this studies, creating fonts can be
much more possibilities. Not only creating
fancy fonts, but the application of its visual
language, materials, and techniques must
be well present of its idea and its context.
I got this idea from a female product, and
I love shopping around at the cosmetic
area. I can see some male promoters are
well make-up, and this is how it inspired
me.

beauty and art, it’s also

Through this assignment, I had practiced explore visual languages, materials and

ideas and solutions that appropriate to client and user needs. Hence I have practice
how to employ resourcefulness and entrepreneurial skills to support my concept and

BUSINESS PROPOSAL
The business proposal project was about “KITSCHEN” fashion brand, by
helping them geting new theme for their new arrival cloth.
By doing this project, we got learned how to propose an idea to a fashion brand company like
kitschen. Through the process for this project, is taught how to layout the concept, ideas,
the copyright law, and art direction. When completion to it, it will then presented it with a lookbook
to the client to propose the idea to them.

As I’m taking this opportunity to further develop
my mother home brand soya milk, also to develop
a range of alternative solutions to set problems.
Examples like: the label was outdated, and not
following to the current trend, the design layout
was too complex affected consumer din’t want to
see it.
I’m using the idea of simplicity and easy under-
stand design layout, so this will led consumer
easy to view the brand and the differenciate the
different taste

Soy milk, which is made from soaking, grindingand boiling soy
beans with water, is a very nutritious drink. Soy is naturally high in
essential fatty acids, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. These
nutrients provide energy and keep your body functioning at its
optimum level. Below are the six most important health benefits
you can acquire from drinking soy milk.
1. Improve Lipid Profile
The most important attribute of soy milk is its ability to improve
your blood lipid profile. Unlike dairy milk,which is high in
saturated fat and cholesterol, soy milk fat is mostly unsaturated
with zero cholesterol. The monounsaturated and polyunsaturated
fatty acids in soy can inhibit the transport of cholesterol into your

Using the fundamental design skill to create an illustration poster
The project was taught by using simple design fundamental from dot, line, shape and
volume to create a series of poster. The first series poster was inspired by a arcade
game, the second poster was inspired by Lady gaga and anna sui. So I combine them
into an illustration poster series.

An interactive art that manipulate human emotion, and how light and music
affect human lifestyle.
In this project, I’m doing an interactive art. Which viewer can interact with the project to further
understand how light and music manipulate human emotion and affect their decision making, as
emotion is quite subjective. Everyone have their preference of needs and wants and different of
perspective toward to the project. So you do the judging.
