Laser Industries specializes in fabricating components for aerospace. Capabilities include
machining, forming and assembly. Since 1987, our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes
are constantly reviewed and equipment updated for efficiency in meeting our Customer’s
manufacturing requirements. Materials processed include aluminum alloys, CRES, high temp
nickel alloys and titanium. Laser Industries capabilities support requirements for aerospace
structures, nacelle and hot section details and interior systems.
Laser Industries state of the art equipment list includes: (3) High powered Laser Cutting
Machines, with 2, 3, and 5 axis processing, (4) ultra-high-pressure abrasive Water Jet
Cutting Machines, with 2, 3 & 5-axis processing, (3) CNC Brakes, with 5-axis gaging &
precision ram control, (1) Hydroforming / Bladder press and (3) CNC Machining Centers.
Assembly and sub-assembly capabilities include riveting, bushing and nutplate installation
and general assembly. Specialized hydraulic and pneumatic presses allow for diverse
component assembly & fabrication for aerospace applications.

Fabrication and processing to BAC & HP specifications.
Engineering and Quality Control
Laser Industries has an in-house Engineering staff with over 80 years of combined aerospace
experience. Our Engineering team will partner with you to provide solutions for your most
demanding requirements. With extensive review of provided engineering and specifications by
our staff, Laser Industries ensures product is within stipulated measures for quality and
processing. Accepted CAD file formats: DXF, IGES, AutoCAD, CATIA or STP.
Quality control is essential in offering reliable services and repeatable products. Laser
Industries manufacturing team relies on a robust Quality System to ensure products exceed
all Customer quality stipulations and meet process specifications and dimensional
requirements.
