7. The Digital Innovative Design Process
We help customers create the room designs they visualize:
☑ They can see paint colors in their space before opening any paint cans.
☑ View new furniture arrangements without lifting a finger or investing first.
☑Conceptualize furnishings, windows, doors and lighting before they purchase anything.
☑ And the best part: they don’t have to clean up their space before they get started.
Unlike a traditional design service, we will provide a dedicated project manager. The
customer will complete a project questionnaire and upload a room photo to get started.
We supply the computer software to create the virtual room makeovers and the design
consultation either using webinars or in person meeting if local. If the customer prefers,
we can train them to create the virtual room designs as part of our room makeover
service, if applicable.
Customers participate in the project plan process. They help identify contingencies,
dependencies, lag and lead time, start - stop times, milestones, and the work breakdown
structure.
We handle obtaining the estimates, vendors selection and screening, supply pickup and
ordering,
We help getting the project on schedule and on budget by offering ready to buy designs,
having access to millions of product feeds, and affiliate discounts
