We invest a great deal of energy and demonstrate how powerful the look and feel of the company and products. We believe building “personality” is the most important part of building a brand. Not everyone remembers a “smart winner”, but everyone remembers the person with unique “personality”.
The Scene Condominium is a double building condominium in Chiang Mai that was stagnant with their sales. Although the initial proposal to us was to get achieve more marketing reach and target upper markets, we found that the condo’s rooms were not placed in comparison with market conditions: i.e., there were too many luxury rooms which were priced higher than houses in the same area. We also introduced more entry level priced studio rooms at the sides of the buildings that faced each other. Although they had the worse view, they were targeted at investors who wouldn’t be living in the rooms themselves.As a result of this re-modeling, after re-opening 70% of the studio and single bedrooms were sold within a week.
Normally LPN Co., Ltd. rents computers for sales events to book rooms and sales. This means repeat rental costs for every event, and also represents problems as the company expands to provincial markets.Our App solves this problem by integrating with their booking and reservation systems while doubling as a sales tool as well as iPad-specific functions like 360 degrees live panorama
