European cultures means that something is
good or that you agree. However, this sign
is seen as rude and offensive gesture in
some Islamic and Asian countries where the
meaning is similar to the middle finger.
The dog call is a gesture where you curl your
finger and call someone towards you. However,
do not use this hand gesture in Philippines. It is
seen as extremely offensive to use this with a
person, as it is only meant for dogs. This hand
gesture could get you arrested in Philippines or
maybe even punishable by breaking your finger,
so that you never ever attempt to try this
offensive gesture again.
