“The training we had at the Dover facility was a lasting 
experience. People were reminding each other to listen 
and make sure they heard what was being said correctly. 
The benefit was noticed as we worked better together as 
a team. We were able to pack the blueberries very 
efficiently and have fun together. The General Manager of 
the BBC equipment told Mark Greeff and me that he has 
never seen anyone running their machines as fast as we 
were in our facility. This can only be accomplished with 
people working well together.”

 forklift drivers, floor help, consolidators, etc. 
 Predominantly Spanish Speaking 
 Over 50% of the target audience has completed the 8th 
grade in an educational system 
 90% of the target audience has completed 1 or less 
training program in their career with Driscoll’s 
 An estimated 150 employees have graduated from the 
WBT program as of 11/25/08

knowing your neighbor, in both instances they live

 A Qualtrics.com survey link was emailed to 30 
Supervisors and Coordinators and 3 DC Managers by 
Linda Citrin 
 17 employees voluntarily completed the survey (51%) 
 Tracing to specific employees or geographical areas was 
not built into the survey
