Build on successes and identify areas of possible
improvement of the Bridges program.
Data gathered on November 7, 2015.
3. Data Gathering Method:
• Qualitative Interviews: n = 4
• Respondents Included 4 key contributors from
the Bridges program.
• Response Rate: = 4 out of 4 (100%)
4. Data Analysis Method:
This study was conducted using qualitative
analysis.
The primary research method was Grounded
Theory. This method uses information from
interviews to arrive to a theory about what is
happening in a situation.
To gain information we utilized a standard
interview protocol with four questions.

1. Tell me about a typical day for you at Bridges – in what instances
do you communicate with your colleagues about the program?
2. Describe your best and worst day at Bridges – what do you
specifically recall about those instances?
1. Describe your ideal day at Bridges.
3. In general, how well do you believe the training prepared you (or
prepared the teachers) for working with the students? Why?
4. Do you have any ideas regarding how you think this camp could
be run most effectively?
