The Gaming System for Perfecting Posture

2. Problem
People slouch when their back muscles are tired or weak. Slouching leads to back and neck pain. Millions of
people use back braces, but experts have shown that back braces weaken muscles. Painkillers are the main
method that is used to treat back pain, but they don't stop the source of the problem. Many anti-slouching
products don’t give enough motivation, so users stop using them and give up.

3. Solution
The Lazorback is better than painkillers or other products because it'll naturally and safely strengthen people’s
back muscles so that their back bones will align instead of causing weakness and dependence. Our innovative
system will motivate users by allowing users to compete and track progress. Other products don’t allow
competition. Back braces don’t let users’ mentally change their posture.

4. Market
We can't find any similar products. Our product is different because it's fun and exercises its users' muscles. The
back pain relief market is large because more than 74% of adults in the US had back pain. With about 40,000
physical therapy (PT) clinics in the US with an average of 150 patients per week, our target consumer is PT
patients with back pain, 46% of PT patients want spine pain relief.
