I am passionate and a dedicated family chiropractor with 16 years of experience. My community practice is focused on providing evidenced-based interventions to relieve primarily neuromusculoskeletal pain . Care plans focus on short-term treatments coupled with home-based rehabilitation goals for long-term results. I also provided occupational and environmental health assessments and on-site conservative care options. Research interests center around non-pharmacological pain management, impact of physical interventions in substance use disorders and community-based food security.
