  2. LG Inform has been a programme that has developed from an initial prototype to a matured system. This has been done with the involvement of the sector and a number of authorities have played a pivotal role in it’s development.
  3. The learning group authorities were selected not only because of interest in this area, but also to get a mix of types/ size/ geographical location and political mix, to ensure that when it is rolled out more widely other authorities feel that it would be something they would use as their needs will have been taken into account in the prototype development. They are helping us develop the tool, and providing user testing and feedback.

  9. The dials are controlled by the LGA and changes depending upon the authority selected. Additional information on the authority is available via the ‘headline report’. By clicking on the blue titles for the dials users will see further information about this metric, their authority and others. There is an ‘information pane’ on the right for showcaseing councils and new information

On the left: 4 large Purple buttons: add text, chart, map and table. Also import content you have built from your library. Below the grey buttons: Preview, New, Share, Delete, Export, Print and Save. Grey buttons here become available (purple) once save is pressed. Select Report Properties Look at the 4 large grey buttons first.
