MISSION STATEMENT
5. The purpose of the personnel committee is to address team building
in order to facilitate a positive work environment that recognized and
appreciates the work of their Team Members.
PURPOSE

Fine tune our current practices by ensuring that each scheduled Action Item is
completed consistently and in a timely manner.
Daily & Weekly:
Birthdays, welcome and good bye gifts, wedding and baby shower gifts, star board implementation
Monthly:
Employee of the month, newsletter, theme days, adult luncheons, A&R shirt days, and special days in every month
Quarterly:
Star board recognition, and team building activities
Annual:
Angel tree, secret cupid, Cinco-de-Mayo, Tailgate Party, blanket drive, special Olympics, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day, and
other
Continue to roll out new practices at a rate that is achievable. First, we must master
our current practices. Then, we can begin to roll out new practices at a rate that we
can be successful.
