MMPTA which is rising by 43% year on year.
• For this, the companies have focused on either
expanding their pipeline networks or increasing their
capacities by constructing new refineries.
• For example, IOCL is planning to build refinery at
Mudra worth Rs.30000 Crore.
• The total revenue generated in 2014 was 6.6 Trillon
considering whole industry which was mainly by
sales of gasoline, naptha, diesel fuel, asphalt base,
LPG, etc.
• The Man power employed only at the refining site
was 30000 and at executive managerial level was
