Virtually every electronic product is constructed with one or more printed-circuit boards (PCBs). The PCBs hold the ICs and other components and implement the interconnections between them. PCBs are created in abundance for portable electronics, computers, and entertainment equipment. They are also made for test equipment, manufacturing, and spacecraft.
2. Double click on ExpressPCB icon .
Click on ‘Place a component’
Select required footprints and place on board.
If any of the footprint is not available in
library, create
new footprint.
Label footprints. Ensure to use same labels as
used in
Express schematic.
Arrange footprints properly
Link Circuit schematic to ExpressPCB.
Use ‘Place a trace’ to connect highlighted
pads.
