Does my title page include all elements as outlined in the APA Template for MSED Assignments?:

Did I use transitional words or phrases to connect paragraphs?
Did I include information and citations/references from required resources?

Did I paste the grading rubric at the end of my paper?
Format
Does the title page contain a Running head with title in caps; a page header on page 2 in caps?
Is the title of my paper listed on the top line of page 2?
Is my paper double-spaced?
Is the first line of every paragraph indented 0.5 inch?
Are the right and left margins set at 1 inch?
Are the paragraph settings at 0 pt (for both before and after) with line spacing set at double?
Did I use Times New Roman 12-pt font throughout my paper?

When I mentioned terms from the readings or video programs, did I cite them?
If I included direct quotes from the readings, did I put the page number(s) within the citation?
Did I place the period after the citation and not at the end of the sentence? For example:
This is a sample of an in-text citation (Smith, 2010).
If I used statements from the video programs, did I paraphrase and remember not to quote sentences
from the course videos?
For each in-text citation, did I include the full reference in the reference list?
Did I use any additional outside sources to move to an A-level paper?
Did I use the Pocket Guide to APA Style to check that my in-text citations and references are
correctly formatted?
Reference List
Is my reference list titled with the word References centered at the top of the page?
Are the entries listed in alphabetical order?
Are the entries double-spaced?
Is each entry hang-indented? (i.e., first line is flush left, subsequent lines are indented 0.5 inch)
Did I include a minimum of two references with corresponding in-text citations?

Did I submit my paper to Turnitin and review my scores? Did I make the necessary corrections to
my paper based on the matches?
