2. Why Cy2Cy?
• Working with country partners will help us match more efficiently
• We will be able to work better on NPS and quality, by solving issues
with a specific country, with which we already have a relationship
• It is part of the global direction, to help shorten matching time and
increase matching rate and satisfaction

3. Current state
• Currently, we do not know where our Eps are coming from
• Most LCs have a hard time finding the people (massive direct mailing is not
efficient, Matching Manias usually fail)
• We are spending too much energy on selection (many unsuitable
applications)
• EP satisfaction with matching process is very low – due to length of the
process and the number of TN takers that don’t respond

4. Your concerns
• Projects might get boring, if we bring EPs from the same country each
edition
Country partners can be different for each year, and we can add more during
certain peaks. It is a flexible relationship that we can use as we wish 
• How many country partners can we have?
As many as we need. Naturally, the more we have, the more difficult and superficial
the collaboration will be. We should keep it under 20.
• How many EPs should come from country partners?
The ideal is to deliver all exchanges through country partners. This being the first
year we actually work with this system, and there are still things we need to learn
and decide together, 70-80% would be a great rate.
