Dutiesand Responsibilities.
 Develop long term strategies for growth of the Unit by taking an expansive view of the business
opportunities and driving excellence in Operations.
 Responsible predominantly for Patient Care, Costumer Care, Co-ordination with consultants, Bio
medical, Facility Management, Canteen.
 Responsible for all activities within the Unit, ensuring seamless operations and smooth functioning
of the organization.
 Channelize technological changes in healthcare as well as in all areas of the business towards
medical excellence and increasing the Company's efficiency and profitability.
 Accountable for budgeting, reporting and audit for the Operational and Service plans of the Unit.
 Responsible for expansion and up gradation of the Unit in the areas of Infrastructure, Services and
Technology.
 Regularly identify areas of service excellence with the focus on continuous improvement in patient
delight
 Implement best practices for sustainability and excellence in patient care services and for obtaining
various quality certifications across the Unit.
 Ensure that all departments and associates maintain high ethical standards & integrity, corporate
citizenship and Social responsibility in all activities.
 Develop the strategic and operational goals and needs of the organization and supports strategy
implementation.
 Monitors financial performance to ensure budgeted volumes, revenues and expenses are realized.
 Develops annual operating objectives and plans for the areas assigned, Develops programs related to
service line growth strategy.
 Oversees a variety of capital projects, revamping projects, operating initiatives including facilitation
of multiple stakeholders, setting and driving goals and timeliness, developing implementation plans
and ensuring project execution.
 Establishing the order or priorities of all construction and renovation and special projects to
minimize disruption of the centre services.
 Develops management team to make effective decisions and delegate’s authority to most
appropriate level.
 Creates environment that facilitates innovative delivery of case for inpatient, outpatient, and the
community it serves.
 Directs overall operations to include budget development and management, physician and non
medical staff productivity, marketing and budgeting.
 Leads team to execute on service line transitions, new services and programs and operational
enhancements changes.
 Collaborates with all staff in the development and measurement of performance goals for quality
cost growth people and innovation.
 Provides leadership to ensure attainment of strategic objectives and short and long term growth
planning processes.
 Provides a liaison between the medical staff and clinical departments promotes environment of
collaboration with medical staff and hospital clinical departments to provide for the needs of
patients.
 Develop and faster effective collaboration between clinical departments divisions medical staff
leadership and other services in the centers to ensure an integrated approach to provide services,
and fulfilling the clinical research and educational goals and objectives.
 Work through the management team the medical leadership of the hospital serving as a resource to
help reduce costs in satellite day care centers, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and
quality goals and objectives analyze and utilize information to develop and support management
decisions.
 Communicate key information to the stakeholders of various service areas with respect to managed
care, marketplace needs the Competitive environment, cost management and customer focused
services.
 Participates with other administrative team members promoting physician and employee
satisfaction initiates corrective actions, as needed.
